We are excited to announce the newest edition to the Upton family, Upton Downs Farmhouse. Our large, traditional Cotswold stone farmhouse has been lovingly refurbished to an excellent standard, offering spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.

Cotswold Farmhouse

Located just next door to the Smokery Farm Shop, offering our delicious smoked meat, game and fish. Also onsite you will find Upton Firehouse, which serves amazing BBQ lunches and can cater for large parties.

Upton Downs Farmhouse benefits from stunning views of the village and surrounding farmland. We are close to the historic town of Burford and within easy access to the A40 for Oxford and Cheltenham. This is a great location from which to explore the Cotswolds.
